Ivalua, the leading global spend management solutions provider, announced today that it has entered into a partnership with T-Systems a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom offering global IT and consulting services to multinational corporations and public sector institutions. Ivalua and T-Systems they will offer their customers an integrated Spend Management solution, along with services, as product and services packages. Furthermore the solution will be hosted at T-Systems datacenter which guarantees the highest degree of data and operational security following the strict data privacy policies of Germany.

The partnership is facilitated by the development of a go-to-market plan that defined joint Sales and Marketing initiatives including: joint accounts review, events and marketing campaigns.
