Ivalua NOW 2017: Ivalua Hosts Second Customer Conference in New York City

Ivalua is delighted to announce its second annual customer conference Ivalua NOW 2017. Ivalua Customers and Partners will convene at The Big Apple from March 23rd through the 24th for an exciting conference dedicated to the community that uses Ivalua’s suite of procurement software every day. The 2-day even enables peers in Procurement and Finance to tackle ongoing challenges in procurement today.

A very special agenda specifically designed with users in mind, the 2-day event empowers Ivalua users and partners to develop and strengthen their understanding of Ivalua while improving processes related to their areas of responsibility in procurement, finance and accounts payable.

Day 1 focuses on customer training, with each session targeting specific usability and key features of Ivalua’s suite. Customer training micro forums enable users to interact with Ivalua team and customers to optimize digital business strategy and get the most from their technology investment.

Day 2 features Customer-led Breakout Sessions ranging from complex sourcing event management, risk management, and spend analysis. This is a great opportunity for executives to meet prominent leaders in procurement from leading organizations around the world. A micro forum at the end of the day will allow guests to interact with speakers directly while enjoying cocktails.


Speakers this year will come from a variety of industries ranging from manufacturing, finance and public sector. Day 2 Keynote will be delivered by Michael Owh, Director & City Chief Procurement Officer at City of New York Mayor’s Office of Contract Services. The City of New York recently selected Ivalua and KPMG for procurement innovation initiative across all City agencies. KPMG, known as one of the Big Four for audit, tax and advisory, will be delivering a Keynote to customers and partners.
Executives from major organizations such as Honeywell, Select Medical and The Hackett Group will be among those driving the customer-led breakout sessions. Topics range from procurement performance visibility, lessons learned from procure-to-pay and standardization of global processes across direct and indirect procurement.

Ivalua NOW 2017 will be held at the Princeton Club of New York, a private club located in the heart of midtown Manhattan, New York City. Guests will enjoy a classic banquet space and bright meeting rooms for the conference. A delicious breakfast and lunch menu will be provided by the Club’s experienced chef and servers.


On March 23rd, guests will mingle, dine and sip signature cocktails high above New York City at the Monarch Rooftop and Indoor Lounge. Guests can enjoy the patio for stunning views of the Empire State Building and Midtown Manhattan. A sliding floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow guests to walk through the vintage interiors and gorgeous patio setting with ease. Carefully chosen hors d’oeuvres and an open bar will be available.
